What construction quality should i choose?
In virtually all situations, Average/Standard is the best quality to choose.
Modest/Fair is acceptable but only when the dwelling is being insured on an Actual Cash Value basis.
Under no circumstances should Basic/Economic be selected.
If Average/Standard is producing a replacement cost value that you feel is too low, it is acceptable to choose a value better than Average/Standard.
